# Slow motion for your golf swing

By Con, founder of Music Wide Selfie · Updated 22 October 2026

**Short answer**Use the highest slow-motion frame rate your iPhone offers and good daylight; slow motion needs light or it gets grainy.

Film in the morning or afternoon sun with the light behind the camera, not behind you.
